Senior Clinical Psychologist
The Role:
- Conduct psychological assessment who may present with Learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) etc and provide psychological intervention.
- Provide psychological intervention/ therapy for children coping with emotional, mental and behavioural issues and their family members.
- Analyse results of assessment and or results of the assessments that were administered.
- Provide detailed recommendations for the individual needs of the child.
- Write assessment reports.
- Provide feedback after assessment was completed and explain the report, the results and they recommendations.
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies.

Requirement:
- Master or PhD Clinical Psychology from accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pediatrics preferred.
- Registered psychologist with a recognized professional body or the Singapore Psychological Society.
- Experience in identifying psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues and providing psychological interventions to children and their families.
- Administered in case formulation and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions (eg. CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and other best practice interventions).
- Knowledge and skills in conducting risk assessments for suicide and self-harm.
- Knowledge and skills in conducting mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children and adolescents of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economics backgrounds.
- Approachable and empathetic attitude towards children and their families.
