Beth is a warm and approachable counsellor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She is passionate about helping people feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Holding a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Monash University, Beth brings a calm and thoughtful presence to her work, creating a space where clients feel comfortable to speak openly and be themselves.
Before transitioning into counselling, Beth worked in education, supporting young people in learning environments for many years. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the emotional and social pressures children and adolescents face, and continues to inform her work today—particularly in supporting young clients with school-related stress, friendships, confidence, emotional regulation, and family changes.

How we can work together?
Beth works with clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, behavioural difficulties, and adjustment concerns, including individuals who are neurodivergent or navigating developmental differences. She also supports adults facing stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Her approach is tailored and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and elements of play therapy to support meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Beth values the important role that parents and caregivers play in a child’s wellbeing. Where appropriate, she collaborates closely with families to ensure consistent support beyond the therapy room. In addition to her clinical work, she facilitates workshops and presentations across schools, clinics, and corporate settings, covering topics such as parenting, neurodivergence, and challenges related to gaming and social media use.
