Behaviour Therapist (ABA)
The Role:
- Conduct 1-1 or group therapy sessions in various settings, centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated.
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with supervision.
- Utilize ABA behavioural therapy techniques to target and reinforce positive behaviour.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
- Perform school shadow as and when required.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to review client progress and update treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
- Provide feedback and guidance to English and Mandarin speaking clients and their families to reinforce positive behavior changes.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree psychology or related field.
- Prior experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs.
- Possess a creative, fun-loving and energetic disposition to engage, play and interact with children.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
