Gelinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Edith Cowan University, Australia. She brings with her over seven years of experience supporting children of varying ages, cultural backgrounds, and developmental profiles, including those with and without additional learning or support needs.
Following the completion of her degree, Gelinda began her career at a brain enrichment centre, where she worked with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a group class setting. She later expanded her scope by working with children between the ages of 18 months and 14 years, focusing specifically on supporting those with special needs.
Her extensive experience has provided her with valuable insight into the importance of consistent and proactive support in helping children learn and progress effectively.
Gelinda is passionate about designing individualised programmes that are tailored to each child’s unique needs and strengths, enabling their potential to be fully nurtured.
She believes in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and is committed to working closely with families, as well as psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, to support each child’s development holistically.
