Jocelyn is an Educational Psychologist and Supervisor registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP), with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across a wide range of developmental, emotional, behavioural, and learning needs. Her professional experience spans Early Intervention Programmes for Infants and Children (EIPIC) centres, Special Education (SPED) schools, and private clinical settings, where she has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and developmental profiles. In addition to her clinical work, she has provided supervision and mentorship to early-career psychologists and postgraduate psychology interns.
Her practice is grounded in evidence-based and neuro-affirming approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Circle of Security principles. Jocelyn works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and caregivers to support emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, social-emotional development, and overall psychological wellbeing.
Jocelyn also has extensive experience conducting diagnostic and psychometric assessments, including assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), and evaluations for educational and special school placement recommendations.
Passionate about embracing neurodiversity, Jocelyn is committed to empowering families through strengths-based and positive parenting approaches. She advocates for holistic intervention plans that seek to understand and address the underlying factors contributing to a child’s difficulties, while fostering safe, supportive, and connected relationships between children, caregivers, and educators as the foundation for meaningful and lasting growth.

How we can work together?
Jocelyn’s practice focuses primarily on supporting younger individuals who are neurodivergent or navigating developmental and learning differences. Sessions with Jocelyn are collaborative, evidence-based, and thoughtfully paced according to each child’s needs, with their sense of safety and trust in the therapeutic space remaining central throughout the process.
Because sustainable growth extends far beyond the therapy room, Jocelyn deeply values the vital role that parents and caregivers play in a child’s wellbeing. Where appropriate, she collaborates closely with families to provide consistent, holistic support across settings. Together, therapy is tailored through an individualised plan that honours each person’s unique strengths, needs, and developmental journey.
