Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum Usage
- Therapy Clients: 3 therapy sessions/week required. (excluding Physiotherapy(PT) & Social Skills Counselling (SSC)
- DIS/EIP/Shadow Students: 2 therapy sessions/week required. (excluding PT & SSC)
- Renewals will be permitted only if the first 2 conditions are kept.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upfront.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Eligible Services
- Valid for Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, ABA, Educational Therapy, Psychological Counselling, and Social Skills Group.
- Not applicable for reports, registration fees, psychological assessments, school shadowing, physiotherapy (PT), social skill counselling (SSC) or/and transportation costs.
- Credits are deducted at standard a-la-carte rates.
4. Credit Validity
- All credits expire 6 months from the initial payment date. Unused credits are forfeited after this period.
5. Billing & Statements
- Monthly statements detail credit balance and usage.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Standard cancellation policies (from your welcome contract) apply.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
- All standard terms from the welcome contract remain in force.
8. Modifications
- Management reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions with prior notice.
