Dominic Leong, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D), holds a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Endicott College, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Autism and ABA. Complementing his expertise, he has a Master’s degree in Counseling from James Cook University. Dominic has worked extensively with individuals with special needs ranging from ages 2 to 21, in various settings including one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and both clinic-based and home-based interventions.

He specializes in administering Teaching Interactions to foster social skills development and has collaborated with numerous schools in Singapore to run social skills workshops. Dominic’s commitment extends beyond direct therapy; he has conducted comprehensive parent and staff trainings, and has been an active speaker at both local and international conferences.

Dominic’s research interests focus on an innovative approach—teaching dance to children with special needs, highlighting his dedication to using creative methods for therapeutic intervention. He holds a personal belief in the holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of a multidisciplinary model that supports the entire family, integrating various environmental factors to enhance the overall welfare and progress of the individual.
