Client Relationship Executive

The Role:

  1. To perform reception, registration, administration of client visits in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Handle enquiries via phone or emails regarding our services.
  3. Appointments scheduling for a team of psychologists, speech & occupational therapists.
  4. Invoicing and collection of payments.
  5. Provide admin support in all aspects of clinic operations and good follow up on emails and calls received.
  6. Adhere to PDPA compliance - maintain confidentiality of customer’s information.
  7. To demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in frontline services to our clients.

Requirement:

  1. Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline.
  2. Have experience in customer service environment.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and strong office administration skills.
  4. A good team player with good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.
  5. Patient, understanding and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving clients.
  6. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or challenging situations.
