Yian Ling graduated from HELP University, Malaysia, with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honors). She has always loved interacting with young children, which inspired her to pursue a career in the early childhood and adolescent sector. With over five years of experience in behavior therapy across both individual and group settings, she is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. She specializes in developing personalized intervention strategies that address a wide range of behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.

Yian Ling has worked with children and adolescents aged 18 months to 20 years, utilizing evidence-based approaches rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). These meaningful experiences have deepened her passion for supporting children and families within the special needs community. Her goal is to create supportive and inclusive environments where individuals feel safe, understood, and encouraged to thrive.
