Victoria graduated from Durham University (UK) with a BSc in Psychology. She has spent much of her career working as a reading specialist, beginning in a mainstream school helping young children begin to read and write. Victoria aims to motivate students to read independently by fostering an enjoyment of stories and books. She is an avid reader herself and would like every child to experience reading as a pleasure.

Victoria has been with Dynamics since 2016, providing targeted academic and cognitive support to children aged 5-18. Victoria has gained extensive experience working with children from both mainstream and special needs backgrounds, helping them to develop proficiency in Literacy, Numeracy, and Executive Functioning. She believes that every student, with his or her individual profile of learning strengths and needs, deserves the opportunity to fulfil their potential and to celebrate their progress.

Before joining Dynamics, Victoria taught pre-literacy, phonics, reading and writing skills to students at Nursery, Kindergarten and Primary levels. Victoria has also spent time working as an Outdoor Education instructor, motivating students of all ages to challenge their expectations, overcome physical and mental obstacles and take pride in their achievements. As an Educational Therapist, she hopes to cultivate this mindset in her students along every stage of their learning journey.
